From register to reorder list

  1. Send your sales

Most POS systems export a daily sales file. Upload it and nothing is installed at the store; scheduled pulls can be switched on later.

  2. Every line finds its product

Sales are matched to your catalogue by SKU. An unknown SKU is held for you to map, never guessed onto the wrong item.

  3. Stock and orders update

On-hand drops, days of cover recalculate, and the reorder list is waiting when you open the app.

Product

Three jobs every store does, in one place

The same app for the owner reviewing margin on a Sunday and the clerk counting the cooler on a Tuesday.

Stock

What is on the shelf, at every store, right now.

  • Live on-hand

Every sale your POS records moves stock, per store, without a manual count.

  • Counts and adjustments

Cycle counts on a phone, and every write-off carries a reason: expired, damaged, theft.

  • Transfers

Move stock between stores and keep both sides of the ledger straight.

Buying

Order what sells, before it runs out.

  • What to order

Suggestions from each product’s sales rate and the days of cover left.

  • Purchase orders

Draft, approve and place orders, with supplier pricing kept on file.

  • Receiving

Receive against the order, in part or in full. A price that differs from the order is flagged.

Insight

Where the margin is made, and where it leaks.

  • Sales and margin

Trends by store, weekday and category, each chart with a table behind it.

  • Shrinkage and dead stock

Write-offs over time, and the money sitting on shelves that has not sold in 60 days.

  • Ask the assistant

Plain questions about your own stock and sales, answered from your data.

Roles

Everyone sees their own job

Five roles shaped around the work, not a ladder of the same screens. Staff count and receive; managers order; admins set things up; owners see the money.

FAQ

Before you start

Do I have to replace my POS?

No. StationIQ sits beside the registers you already have and reads the sales they record. Your checkout does not change.

Which POS systems work?

Almost any. Most systems can export a daily sales file, and nothing needs installing at the store. Scheduled pulls, an on-site connector and direct vendor APIs run on the same pipeline and are switched on per customer as those arrangements are made.

Does it track fuel?

No, and on purpose. StationIQ covers the merchandise inside the store: drinks, snacks, tobacco, grocery.

Is there a phone app?

StationIQ already works in your phone’s browser, charts included. An iPhone app is on its way to the App Store.

How long is the free trial?

14 days (30 on Enterprise). Pick a plan when you sign up and change it any time.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Cancelling never deletes it. Your stock history is kept so you can come back where you left off.

See your own stores in StationIQ.
